Other services

for pipes not only of this quality and dimensions:

* Cutting on a lathe; the advantage of this process is a precise planar cut perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, repeated accuracy of cutting in the order of tenths of mm, possibility of bevelling the edges, cleanness of the technology. Maximum cut diameter 55 mm, maximum length of the cut piece 2,000 mm. 

  • cutting on a lathe: machine setting 100 CZK without VAT, cut without bevelling 15 CZK/pc without VAT

  • cut using an angle grinder 15 CZK/pc without VAT

  • cutting of thick-walled tubes (wall thickness greater than 3 mm) or solid bars on request

* Bending - see Tube and bar bending

* Machining of openings by milling or laser cutting on straight as well as bent tubes - production of various shaped elements at the ends and body of the tube - generally on the bars of different cross-sections. 

* TIG and MIG/MAG welding using ESAB welding equipment and consumables

* Heat treatment - for special requirements, especially for the maximum utilization of the potential of chromium-molybdenum steel, we provide heat treatment of the steel. It can be done on straight tubes, bent as well as welded, with dimensional limitations given by the size of the furnace in the hardening shop.

* Combination of the above and other technologies - custom production of complete weldments - see Manufacturing of constructions

* Transport and packing - we will make you an individual offer according to the nature of the order (possibility to send anywhere)
